Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs clearance, carrier disruptions).


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the relevant carrier's website.

Customs & Duties

International orders (including Canada, EU, Australia, and New Zealand) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur in transit. For orders that appear lost, contact us at support@vertigoo.co and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@vertigoo.co — we will do our best to make changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been fulfilled.
